Who is ProofGrid for?
Home-service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, handyman, and similar) in the Texas / San Antonio launch metro, plus homeowners who book and view proof packs. Not for real estate, mortgage, insurance, legal, or medical workflows.
Do I need an account?
Contractors need an account (Sign in with Apple on iOS; email/SMS OTP also supported). Homeowners can use OTP on web to book and view share packs.
What does founding beta cost?
Contractors: 180 days free founding-beta access. Homeowners: always free. Cash referral payouts are OFF until compliance clearance.
What are post-beta prices?
Display pricing for digital unlocks via IAP when live: Free / Solo $39 / Team $119 / Growth $249. Product IDs and billing period are TBD_ASC until created in App Store Connect.
How do cash referrals work?
When enabled: platform collects $10 and pays the attributing referrer $5, only if the referred job is booked inside ProofGrid. Default is OFF. Stripe Connect is not used to unlock iOS digital features.
How do I delete my account?
In-app Settings → Delete Account (and the equivalent web path for homeowners). We delete or anonymize personal data and evidence per policy.
Is OCR / AI perfect?
Optional OCR assist is unconfirmed / optional. Inferred fields stay labeled INFERRED until you confirm them. Do not treat extraction as guaranteed.
How do I cancel a subscription (when IAP is live)?
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ProofGrid → Cancel. Use Restore Purchases on the paywall if you reinstall.
